Outlets emphasize different aspects of the decision. The Hill leads with what is not happening, stating Trump "doesn't impose tariffs." Reuters focuses simply on the threat declaration itself. Bloomberg characterizes the decision as Trump "punts on" tariffs, emphasizing he will "hold off" and "allows 180 days for talks."
