Officer who shot 1-year-old in Mississippi Walmart parking lot resigns
What happened
Hunter Foster, a police officer in Senatobia, Mississippi, resigned on Wednesday. Foster had shot and killed 1-year-old Kohen Wiley in June during an incident in a Walmart parking lot. He had been cleared of criminal wrongdoing before his resignation.
